Accounts Payable Technician

The Accounts Payable Technician will be responsible for performing duties related to the Accounts Payable functions of the Accounting Department. This position will be primarily responsible for auditing billings for payment, research billing information, and preparation of billings for payment. Audit and review staff reimbursements and procurement card transactions in the District Expense Management System.

Education Level: Associates Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.

Required Experience: Accounting experience, with knowledge in accounts payable preferred. Ability to interpret billing documents. Strong communication skills.

Calendar: 260-day/8 hrs
Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000
