This presentation will be a fast-paced reminder of the state of the law, upcoming items for your to do list, and real examples we’ve seen so far this year.

We’ve now lived with the major changes to the discipline laws for a year. Thankfully, most administrators haven’t had to work through the new laws, but it’ll happen for every administrator eventually. This presentation will start with a quick reminder about those changes and move into the new discipline, digital citizenship, dress code, and related First Amendment trends and newest cases to know about this year.
