Associate Superintendent for General Administration

General Summary: Administers the District's non-education programs, including those that support the District's educational programs and services, under the general direction of the Superintendent and in accordance with board policies and rules.

Position start date; July 2017

Salary - Minimum of $134,605

Benefits - Eligible for up to 90% Paid Family Health (up to 100% paid in second year with participation in District Wellness Program), Single Dental, Long Term Disability, $100,000 Life Insurance, On-Call Cell Phone Stipend, 20 Vacation Days, 15 Personal Illness Days, and 10 Paid Holidays

Qualifications:
I. Education Level: A doctoral degree from an approved institution with a major in educational administration or the accepted equivalent is preferred. A six-year specialist degree in educational administration or the accepted equivalent is required.
II. Certification or Licensure: Appropriate Nebraska administrative certificate or Juris Doctorate required.
III. Experience desired: Five years of successful experience in educational administration is preferred. Three years of successful experience in administration is required.
