9:00          Leading Under the Influence with Dr. Victoria Lentfer, UNO
What’s the key to keeping people in education? Relationships. And what drives people away? Behavior. If you’re tired of the same old story, it’s time to change the narrative and create the perfect learning environment. You can do it! This workshop is not a lecture, but an interactive experience. We’ll delve deep into ourselves, learning how to lead by influence, not force. So, bring your paper and pen, and be prepared to share your thoughts. Because when you lead from within, you’ll never lead without. Sound complicated? It won’t be by the end of this workshop.  I’m eager to embark on this learning journey with you. Your participation is invaluable, and I cannot wait to see the insights you’ll bring to the table!
