Legislative Preview

The NCSA Legislative Preview Conference provides insight into issues of importance to school administrators that may be coming in the 2025 session of the Nebraska Legislature. The morning will include presentations from Nebraska Senators, OpenSky Policy Institute, NCSA’s Legislative Team, and more on what’s happened since the 2024 Legislative Session and what is expected in 2025. Look for registration to open in the fall.

Emerging Administrators 2025

Saturday, 01/25/25 (All day)
Each year NCSA provides an Emerging Administrator Program for those who are interested in becoming a school administrator. The cost; which includes presentations by Nebraska administrator experts and education partners, materials, and resume review or mock interview for those interested; is a great value. The program is specifically designed to benefit those seeking their first administrative position. Look for registration to open in November 2024.

Celebrating Women in Leadership

NCSA is excited to host the forth Celebrating Women in Leadership event during Women's History Month! Join us and bring along your colleagues and staff for this learning and networking experience intended to celebrate practicing and aspiring female leaders, engage with colleagues around problems of practice, and learn from female leader experiences. Government Relations Information Teams (GRIT) Conference

The Government Relations Information Teams (GRIT) Conference remains one of NCSA’s long-standing events to provide school administrators with up-to-date and relevant information on pending education-related issues before the Nebraska Legislature. Look for registration to open in February 2025.

NASBO State Convention

Each year NASBO hosts the NASBO State Convention to provide an opportunity to learn about the newest case law, legislative changes, best practices, and more that impact school business officials and superintendents. This event also offers opportunities to network with colleagues from across the state and connect with vendors at exhibit booths. Look for registration to open in February 2025.

Administrators' Days 2025

We cannot wait to welcome you to the ADMINISTRATORS' DAYS 2025 in Kearney! This annual event for all Nebraska School Administrators provides the opportunity to gain the latest information and development on issues schools are dealing with in Nebraska, motivation from national speakers, and connect with other educational leaders and vendors. Look for registration to open in May 2025.
