NCSA is excited to again offer this learning opportunity to help NCSA members find their voice and confidence to advocate for their district or ESU. Look for registration to open in the spring.

This workshop will provide business managers in years 1 through 5 with a thorough understanding of common and emerging legal issues that arise in school business matters. Attendees will come to understand the legal realities of what business officials may (and may not) permissibly do under the law and commonsense solutions to tricky problems. NCSA’s School Law is an annual one-day workshop that provides members up-to-date information on legal cases and issues that impact schools here in Nebraska. Join Nebraska attorneys to learn the most recent legal issues and rulings that schools need to be addressing. Look for registration to open in late summer.

This annual joint event brings together School Administrators and School Board Members to provide information on negotiations, legal updates, and best practices for labor relations. Look for registration to open in late summer 2025.
