ADMINISTRATORS' DAYS 2022 is just around the corner and we cannot wait to see you at the new Younes Conference Center North in Kearney! This annual event for all Nebraska School Administrators provides the opportunity to gain the latest information and development on issues schools are dealing with in Nebraska, motivation from national speakers, and to connect with other educational leaders and vendors.
Attendees will learn from best selling author Mike Maddock on how to dream, drive, and deliver like the “crazy ones”; Elizabeth “Liz” Huntley who is an accomplished litigation attorney, and dedicated child advocate, author, and lecturer will inspire with her story of More Than A Bird; and Sam Glenn an inspirational and artistic speaker who will empower, energize, and engage you with Attitude Changes Everything.

Keynotes
Mike MaddockMike Maddock is an entrepreneur, a keynote speaker, a best-selling author, and a CEO Coach. He is the founder of Flourish Forums; virtual CEO peer groups, McGuffin Creative Group and Innovation Consultancy Maddock Douglas. Mike co-chairs the Gathering of Titans Entrepreneurial Conclave at MIT and is past president of Entrepreneurs' Organization Chicago and Young Presidents' Organization.
Mike has been using words and pictures to create smiles and build ideas his entire life. He is the author of four bestselling books: Brand New, Free the Idea Monkey, Flirting With the Uninterested, and finally, Plan D––his latest book about business Disruptors.
Liz Huntley
Elizabeth “Liz” Huntley is an accomplished litigation attorney in Alabama and dedicated child advocate, author, and lecturer. Liz is the President and Co-Founder of the Hope Institute which is an organization in Alabama that helps schools build a culture of character for their students. Liz is a leader in the movement to expand access to high quality Pre-K to every four-year-old in Alabama and has received several state and national awards for her work for children including the DRI National Lifetime Achievement Award, named a 2020 Momentum Top 5 “Women of Impact” in Alabama and a 2021 Alabama Women Firsts Award recipient.
Liz serves on multiple state and national civic boards, commissions, and tasks forces. She regularly speaks to groups throughout the country, often referencing her own journey as described in her published memoir titled More Than A Bird.
Sam Glenn
When it comes to attitude - nobody is excluded. Organizations get better when their people get better and it all starts with attitude. Attitude is the driver of everything and Sam knows exactly how to recharge and rekindle that positive spark that empowers leaders to give, do and be their best.
Things weren’t always so picture perfect for Sam. At one time he was homeless, depressed, defeated and negative. It was a chance encounter at a buffet, where Sam accidentally knocked over the legendary Zig Ziglar. This led to a positive friendship between the two and with Zig’s encouragement, Sam got his life pointed in a better direction.
Sam’s award winning speeches set a positive and energetic tone that gets audiences engaged and ready to learn, grow and have fun. Audiences gravitate to his humor, relate to his stories and embrace his relevant ideas for improving their personal and professional life.
