Position Overview: Thedford Public Schools is seeking a passionate and dynamic PK-12 Principal to lead our school community. Key Responsibilities:
· Instructional Leadership: Provide vision and leadership to ensure high-quality instruction and student achievement across all grade levels.

· Student Achievement: Analyze student data to inform instructional decisions and develop interventions that promote student success.
· School Culture & Climate: Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive school culture where students, staff, and families feel valued and engaged.
· Communication & Community Engagement:** Foster strong partnerships with parents, community members, and district stakeholders.

Qualifications:
· Valid Nebraska Administrative Certificate with appropriate endorsement(s) or the ability to obtain one.
· Minimum of 3 years of successful teaching experience (administrative experience preferred).
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Ability to lead and inspire a team while promoting collaboration and shared decision-making.
· Knowledge of effective instructional practices, curriculum development, and assessment.
· Demonstrated ability to implement and support innovative educational programs.
