Director of Student Services
The Director is a servant leader who provides administrative leadership to the office of Student Services. The Director assists the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and team with all aspects of student services including safety, attendance, enrollment, discipline, health & wellness, records, and policies. The Director serves as the district Title IX Coordinator. The Director is a team player who develops meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders; is knowledgeable about school law and student policies as well as best practices. The Director serves in several advisory roles including several Superintendent advisories, the Human Resources and Student Services Board of Education Subcommittee, and the Superintendent Staff group.
Qualifications: Masters, Specialist, or Doctorate Degree in Educational Administration, previous teaching and school administrative experience required, Nebraska Department of Education Administrative Certification required.
