We cannot wait to welcome you to the ADMINISTRATORS' DAYS 2024 in Kearney!  This annual event for all Nebraska School Administrators provides the opportunity to gain the latest information and development on issues schools are dealing with in Nebraska, motivation from national speakers, and connect with other educational leaders and vendors.

Attendees will learn from educator and relationship expert Stacy Lennon how to Foster Trust, Resilience, and Healthy Working Relationships, providing practical tools for understanding friction in working relationships and contentious issues, and for building and repairing trust in the relationships that matter most. We're so excited to laugh and grow our Personal Climate and Culture with Gerry Brooks, an elementary principal and social media sensation.

And what would Administrators' Days be without some fun?!
  • Tuesday and Wednesday nights will have hospitality rooms to drop into.
  • You can look forward to prize drawings at the popular Wednesday Exhibitor Reception following a day of learning.
  • Thursday morning you'll be able to get moving outside and donate to TeamMates Mentoring Program all at the same time by signing up for Administrators in Action.
  • The Algorhythms will be back to provide a good time while you catch up with friends at the Administrator Reception Thursday evening when you get back from dinner. We're excited to welcome Brad Luce and Colin Bargen to host Music Bingo where players and tables will have multiple chances to win awesome prizes and everyone in the room will get to enjoy the rhythm.  Then the night will close out, back by popular demand, with Karaoke.

Looking forward to seeing you in Kearney in July!

Keynotes
Stacy Lennon
Stacy has 25 years of experience helping people handle their most important conversations well, in order to achieve better outcomes and build better relationships. She is a graduate of MIT and the Tufts Fletcher School of Diplomacy, and teaches at the School of Engineering at Tufts University.  As a fellow educator, she is steeped in the pedagogy of experiential learning, and helping people onboard key practices that help make difficult conversations more productive.  Perhaps most importantly, she is a Lincoln, Nebraska native, alumna of Lincoln Southeast High School, and is delighted to be joining us back in Nebraska.

Gerry Brooks
Gerry Brooks has been an educator for 25 years, beginning as a third-grade teacher in Palm Bay, FL. He earned his master’s in administration and has been an elementary principal for 12 years. Originally using humorous videos to encourage his staff, Gerry has become a national encourager for educators through social media and speaking events. He is a voice for educators, but his passion is leading others to be responsible for their own personal climate and culture in the workplace. His book, “Go See the Principal,” outlines strategies for taking on this responsibility. Gerry and his wife, Kelly, have 3 adult children and live in Lexington, KY.
