Involved directly in the planning and organization of each conference.
- Affiliate Management
Manage affiliate elections (NASA, NSASSP, NAESP, NASES)
Manage affiliate awards program (NASA, NSASSP, NAESP)

- Sponsorship Management
Manage the sponsorship program, keep updated list of NCSA sponsors, keep in contact with these sponsors to determine needs or concerns, update the sponsorship program yearly to include changes and needs, Update these sponsors in NCSA Today. Work directly with Executive Director to discuss and make these changes
- NCSA Executive Board
Attend all executive Board meetings, as well has arrange accommodations for meetings and members. Take minutes and work on any requests or tasks as needed.
- NARSA Board
Work directly with the NARSA affiliate. Attend all meetings, help arrange them and make any needed accommodation. Take minutes for this board and provide them to the members. Organize all NARSA events and programs. Work on any requests or tasks as needed
- Nebraska School District Liquid Asset Fund
Attend and participate as corresponding secretary to the Executive Board in (3 yearly meetings). Distribute mailings, informational packets, agendas, minutes and announcements. Keep in direct contact with Board president to make any necessary updates or changes, receive all information and organize accordingly on file at NCSA offices. Update status in the NCSA Today.
- Web-Site Updating
Update website to provide information on training & development. Including but not limited to providing down loadable registration forms for conferences and programs, Developing a sponsorship section and improving all around web use for training & development.
- NCSA Today
Copy Editor - Works with Desk Top Publisher and Printer to organize and produce newsletter. Inputs materials, gathers data and writes articles.
- Manage Contracted Conferences Program
Works directly with outside organizations to manage and run conferences not currently under the NCSA umbrella. Fees acquired by these contracts go directly to non-dues revenue.
