(Position Duties)
Administrative Assistant Carol Young is one of our new members at NCSA. She joined the staff June 28, 2007 as the Administrative Assistant. She enjoys a variety of tasks with her job position. She answers the phone, distributes the mail received, prepares mailings as needed for conferences, etc., and helps as much as she can on projects throughout the office. She enjoys the variety of different tasks-that keeps the days interesting (some more than others!) She is enjoying meeting members (and trying to keep the right names with the right people!) and looks forward to many more years working with the members and NCSA!
Carol grew up and lived in the Sterling school district and moved to Firth to the Norris school district just a couple of years ago. Carol has two sons - Cole, who is 29 and has his own antique business in Sterling and Spencer, who is 10 and a 5th grader at Norris Middle School. She stays busy with all of Spencer's activities but finds time for volunteer work and her favorite hobbies of crafting, reading and gardening.
