Each year NCSA has developed an Emerging Administrator Program for those who are interested in becoming a school administrator. In light of quality administrator shortages, please recommend someone from your school district to participate in this valuable program.
We encourage participants to have a mentor when going through this program. The mentor is another valuable tool that can help establish networking relationships and answer questions. A mentor is a choice of the participant. If they do not have one and would like us to make a recommendation, we can do that. However, it is not necessary to have a mentor in order to participate in this program.
