The Yutan Public Schools Board of Education, Yutan, Nebraska is accepting applications for the position of school superintendent. Main characteristics identified for the candidates by the board are:

• A strong collaborative leader that is an interactive listener and responsive communicator
• A leader with a minimum of five years of leadership experience at the building and/or district level
• An educational leader who can create and maintain a climate of excellence and accountability with all staff members
• A leader who is a strong strategist and visionary
