The Director of Business Operations will collaborate with stakeholders by facilitating the execution of all District financial initiatives, federal and state filing, reporting and reconciliation requirements and  strategies initiated as funding mechanisms.   The primary responsibility of the Director is the financial management and accounting procedures of the school district. The Director will oversee the administration, development and implementation of all financial aspects of the District as identified through the Superintendent and approved by the Board of Education.
 

Qualifications:
Must hold a minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting, Business, or related field. 
Minimum of three years administrative experience in school related finance/accounting procedures is preferred.
As the position provides for the direct oversight of staff, previous supervisory experience is also preferred.
Selected candidate will be required to reside in the District.

The successful candidate will have a strong background related to the position, possess excellent oral/written communication skills and be adept at integrating technology into the learning environment. Anticipated start date is to be July 1, 2018, but may be flexible for training provisions.  The position will remain open until filled.
