The Nebraska Leadership Initiative
The NCSA is partnering with ESUs and the NDE to offer the Nebraska Leadership Initiative (NLI). The NLI is based on current effective schools research, with an emphasis on leadership and change. Participants will better understand these concepts and to assess their school and district utilizing rubrics for the four training modules of Governance for Learning, Culture for Learning, Instructional Leadership for Learning, and Resources for Learning. The training is intended for superintendents, principals, and teacher leaders.
