ADMINISTRATORS' DAYS 2008 is fast approaching! Enclosed is information regarding exhibit space, hospitality opportunities, and sponsorship options. The dates for this year's conference have been set for July 30 - August 1 at the Kearney Holiday Inn. I have enclosed all exhibitor information as well as a general agenda for you to review. Last year we sold out over 50 exhibit spaces, so don't delay! These booths will sell out!

Exhibit times will be: Wednesday, July 30th -- 11:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Thursday, July 31st -- 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
 
Set up times will be: Wednesday, July 30th -- after 10:00 a.m.
 
Take down times will be: Thursday, July 31st -- after 3:30 p.m.
(Do not tear down your exhibits prior to 3:30 p.m.)

Due to the size of this conference, it is important to utilize all parts of the hotel. The keynote sessions along with all conference meals and receptions will be at the Holiday Inn. You will have the opportunity to attend these meals.

Back by popular demand we will again feature the "Exhibitors Reception"! This event will have a master of ceremonies, some big-ticket give aways, and the option to host food or beverage at your booth! The goal will be to create more contacts and a more entertaining atmosphere. So, don't forget to sign up for these additional opportunities with your exhibit booth.

New this year will be "Wednesday Lunch Box" which will be held in the exhibit hall. Please note we have opened the exhibit hall early this year to include time during Wednesday's lunch. A lunch box station will be set up in the exhibit hall to provide conference attendees lunch and networking opportunities.

We are including this year an opportunity to host some hospitality suites on the nights of the July 30th & July 31st. You will need to go through NCSA to make the initial arrangements. The Hotel will not be able to accommodate your room without prior clearance. You will have the opportunity to use the hotel's conference space (5 rooms available) or prime suites.

Giveaways: In an effort to ensure that all booth drawings are done in a fair and accurate way, NCSA will be coordinating and orchestrating all promotional giveaways. Each attendee will have a chance to enter drawings at the "Conference Giveaway's Station" located in the exhibit hall. If you have a gift you would like to donate (must be worth over $50), you can be listed in the conference program and promoted through frequent announcements. Individual drawings at your booth will not be permitted. We understand the need to collect contacts and names at this conference and encourage you to do so, but not in conjunction with a giveaway. Exhibit Exposure: NCSA makes every effort to give exhibitors ample visitation by attendees. All non-meeting events are held in the exhibit ballroom. Participants are encouraged to visit the exhibits Wednesday (11:30 am to 1:30 pm) Wednesday evening (5:30 pm - 7:00 pm) and Thursday (7:00 am - 3:30 pm). Incentives will be offered attendees for visiting exhibitors.

Exhibitor Lodging: Hotels available for lodging include: The Holiday Inn 308/237-5971, The Ramada Inn 800/652-1909, The Wingate: 308/237-4400, Hampton Inn: 308/234-3400, and The Holiday Inn Express: 308/234-8100. Room blocks and special rates are under Administrators' Days.
 
Meals: With the purchase of an exhibit booth, you will be provided 1-free lunch ticket for Thursday afternoon. Should you wish to purchase additional meals, please list so on your exhibit forms.
 
Hospitality: Once again this year, Hospitality Rooms will be available. However, due to increased hotel security and limited room availability, you will need to confirm these events with me prior to making any arrangements.
